Your Questions Answered

What happens at my make-up trial?

A Bride's trial will last for approximately two hours. During the trial we will discuss the make-up look that you would like. If you do not have a make-up look in mind, do not worry, I am happy to advise. I will assess your skin type and it's condition so that I am able to choose the correct make-up products for you. Once we have agreed a make-up look for your wedding day and only when you are happy with everything, I will keep a file of all the products and colours used so that your make-up can be re-created on your wedding day.

If you are happy with everything at your trial and you decide to book your wedding date, I would require a 50% deposit (non-refundable) of the total cost. All trial amounts and deposits must be paid by cash. The deposit will then be deducted from your outstanding balance on the wedding day.

I use a range of top quality products including Clinique ,Dior and Smashbox, to name but a few. If your skin is sensitive, please let me know as I also have products that are suitable for sensitive skin. If there is a make-up product that you have or would like me to use, then please let me know.

In the unlikely event that I am ill or there is an emergency on your wedding day, I will endeavour to find an alternative make-up artist who will be able to re-create your bridal look from your trial. Should I be unable to find an a replacement, a full refund will be given.

I cover the North East of England plus other surrounding areas. If your location is over a 30 minute drive from NE9, then a mileage charge will be added. The mileage charge will depend on the location. Please contact me for further details and prices.
